Who are the Warbirds? We are the Oshkosh Area Youth Hockey Association + we provide hockey programs for kids in and around Oshkosh (Winneconne, Omro, Berlin + Ripon) from ages 4-15.
Programs Offered:
Intro to Termites
Intro to Termites is a low-cost, low-commitment introductory program aimed to introduce young skaters to the game of ice hockey.
Termites
The main focus of U6 is getting the kids moving with confidence on the ice.
Mites
The focus of U8 is skating and individual skills training.
Squirts
U10 is commonly referred to as the "golden age of skill development." The players are introduced to full ice hockey and still focus on individual skill development.
Peewees
U12 is the "learn to train" phase. Peewees start to explore more team concepts, though still heavily focus on individual skill mastery.
Bantams
At U14 kids are able to body-check and the level of team play is elevated.

CBYL was created for hockey players wanting a more recreational and less time consuming experience than our travel programs.
